About the role:
They are currently seeking a Successful Tenancies Assistant to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide organised, flexible and effective support to the successful tenancies team.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of enquiries including referral or signposting to colleagues
*
Receiving and making calls to a variety of customers
*
Providing an efficient service for incoming and outgoing correspondence
*
Preparing and maintaining standard documents used by the team, keeping them up to date and accurate
*
Preparing case documentation including for legal processes
*
Maintaining accurate customer and property information, updating systems as appropriate
*
Carrying out tenancy checks and verifications as requested
*
Reviewing shorthold and fixed term tenancies
*
Processing invoices for payment

Capable of planning and prioritising own workload to meet the demands of a fast paced environment

It would also be advantageous for you to:
*
Have some experience of working in the delivery of tenancy management services
*
Have knowledge of Open Housing
*
Be able to identify areas for process change to enhance customer experience
*
Have knowledge of tenancy terms and conditions
