Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Service & Parts Administrator based in Milton Keynes for a growing company on a 12 month maternity cover contract initially.

As the Service & Parts Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Process parts orders
Arrange shipping
Deal with customers
Perform general service related administration duties
The experience required…

As a successful Service & Parts Administrator, you will have the following:

A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A methodical and organised work ethic
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload accordingly

Salary: £22-23k per annum

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: full time Monday – Friday
