Service & Sales Coordinator / Administrator

The Service & Sales Coordinator role
As a Service & Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting our Service Engineers, Sales and Accounts teams to plan and coordinate the delivery of our orders, whilst ensuring the end customer always receives a satisfactory service. Your duties will include, although not be limited to:
* Responding to customer queries via email and over the phone
* Booking sales / service orders and associated purchase orders
* Liaising with the Sales and Service teams to check parts, pricing and quotations
* Issuing order acknowledgements, updating customers on deliveries and processing returns
* Coordinating quality reports, liaising with both factory and customer, as well as our Sales Engineers and Key Account Managers
* Liaising with the Accounts department to check payments have been received
* Supporting with issuing stock receipts, invoice verification and shipping
* Participating in annual stock checking
What will I need in order to be considered for this Service & Sales Coordinator vacancy?
* Proven experience within office administration, ideally gained within a service and/or sales coordination role
* Professional phone manner with superb customer service skills
* IT literate with good working knowledge of CRM systems
* Highly organised with accurate and timely data entry skills

You will receive a starting salary of £20,000, along with a range of benefits including a company performance-based bonus, contributory pension scheme and a healthcare package after probationary period.
