Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Answering queries via telephone and emails.
Liaise with customers.
Organising service and repair calls.
General administrative duties for a busy and varied environment.

As a successful Service Administrator you will have the following:

Experience booking engineers and managing a schedule.
Experience working within a busy administrative role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills with experience working with spreadsheets.
