About the role:
They are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing the provision of administrative support for the Internal Repairs Team; to enhance the delivery of the repair and maintenance function of the business and to provide excellent customer care.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Contracts Administrators, ensuring that they are all recruited, trained, managed, appraised and developed appropriately; empowering them to deliver great performance and a customer focused service and supporting continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the main point of contact relating to any responsive repairs queries, allocate repair appointments and ensure the upkeep of management systems.
What they’re looking for:

Demonstrable experience of managing, developing and empowering staff.

Experience of using a dynamic appointment and workforce scheduling system within a mobile working environment, arranging and planning works or services to be carried out within specified timescales.

Knowledge of building terminology, domestic repairs, and basic domestic amenities.
*
An understanding of the importance of good customer service with both internal and external customers.
*
A background in a busy office environment, carrying out clerical duties including excellent record keeping.
*
A high level of computer literacy with the proven ability to work with specialised or bespoke systems.
*
The ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including tradespersons, staff, customers, and external Contractors.
