About the role:
They are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing the provision of administrative support for the Internal Repairs Team to enhance the delivery of the repair and maintenance function of the business and provide excellent customer care. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Contracts Administrators, ensuring that they are all recruited, trained, managed, appraised and developed appropriately; empowering them to deliver great performance and a customer focused service and supporting continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the main point of contact relating to any responsive repairs queries, allocate repair appointments and ensure the upkeep of management systems.

Experience from within a customer facing environment

Experience of arranging and planning works or services to be carried out within specified timescales and to strict deadlines

Ability to design, review, adapt and manage processes

Ability to process data quickly and accurately

Knowledge of building terminology, domestic repairs and basic domestic amenities
*
Strong organisational skills
*
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (tradespeople, staff, tenants, external contacts etc)
