Locum Vision are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer who has also been involved with Audit preparation, specifically HealthTrust Europe and Workforce Alliance. The successful candidate will be working in a well-established Medical Recruitment Agency alongside fellow experienced Compliance Officer’s and Recruitment Consultants.

As a Senior Compliance and Audit Consultant, you will be working closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that Candidates are eligible and suitable for our Clients across the country. The candidate must be proactive, have great attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training and on-going support will be provided.

The duties for this role include but are not limited to:

* Preparing Audit files

* Right to Work checks

* DBS applications and DBS checks

* Occupational Health Clearance

* Pre-employment Checks

* Managing candidates documentation

* General Compliance

Candidate requirements:

* Experience in Medical Recruitment or similar industry

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to work independently and as a team

* Able to manage their work load and set own targets

* Confident telephone manner

* IT Literate

* Ambitious

* Driven

* Knowledge of Eclipse is preferred but not essential
