TXM Healthcare are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join our expanding Compliance Division.
The ideal candidate will be seeking an opportunity to develop an exciting career within an expanding cpmpliance team that maintains a friendly but hardworking team environment.
Title: Senior Compliance Administrator
Reporting Line: Compliance Manager
Hours: The normal contractual hours of work are 40 hours a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day, Monday to Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch taken between 12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m. each day.
We are seeking candidates that have strong organisation skills and a positive can do attitude. Being proactive and working in a fast paced but efficient team environment.
Applicants must have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong administratin and IT skills, preferably the use of Eclipse CRM, Excel and Word.
* Ability to work well under pressure and support a busy sales department
* BLS and Phlebotomy trained – although training can be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full compliance processes, onboarding to placement and maintenance
* Assisting with new registrations of onboarding candidates
* Calling candidates and assisting with queries
* Assisting healthcare candidates in applying for DBS applications
* Applying for and chasing references
* Ensure candidates are compliant and remain compliant to framework standards
* Any other support and business needs
* Adopting company objectives and ensuring awareness and implementing into day to day activity
* Follow company specific procedures and compliance processes
* Uphold knowledge of Home Office regulations
* Uphold knowledge of client specific requirements
* Uphold Data Protection regulations – GDPR
* Assist and attend open days and conferences as required by the company
* Assisting and supporting Compliance Administrators and Sales team members
* Assisting, preparing and attending audits as required (internal and external)
* Prepare reports for Senior Management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
* Assisting the Compliance Manager where needed with following up on compliance queries that require investigation
* Acting as a role model and working with sales and compliance team to ensure completion of necessary contractual compliance needs.
