A well-known reputable company based in Milton Keynes are recruiting for a Senior Advisor. This is an employer who really looks after their staff, offer an enjoyable working environment and great benefits.
This role is within their standards team ensuring that all service levels are met. You will manage applications for various departments, this includes new applications and withdrawals. You will manage incoming queries in their team inbox, making sure all service levels are met. This role will support customer queries via telephone and email. As an advisor you will review applications and help identify any complex or time sensitive cases. As a senior you will help support other team members and step in when required to help with quality checks. Due to a system change you will also help with the development of this and ensuring the programme standards are being met. You will also capture and record any amendments on their system.
For this role you must come from a senior customer service and admin role, be highly organised and have great time management skills. You must have clear communication skills both written and verbally. It would be beneficial if you have come from an application processing role.
