Job Title – Senior Administrator (Business Review Assistant – Property)
Location – Milton Keynes
Rates – £210.99 – PAYE or £241.65 Ltd/Umbrella

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Administrator – Business Review Assistant to join the team based in Milton Keynes for an initial period of 6 months with a view to extending. As the Senior Administrator – Business Review Assistant you will provides comprehensive administrative, technical and analytical support through the update of management and maintenance Property business performance data, providing assurance and analytical support for information management activities that support the requirements of the Property business.
What you will do:
Undertake and support the Property input of management and maintenance BST data in the appropriate core systems, in accordance with the applicable standards and work instructions.
Undertake data assurance activities, identifying, investigating and reporting shortfalls in data and data quality and working with data providers and stakeholders to implement remediation activities.
Provide technical and analytical support to the development and enhancement of relevant standards, processes, procedures and systems.
Maintain accurate records of data provision, data maintenance and other activities and prepare data assurance, KPI and other management information reports.
Support data improvement activities and plans through the provision of data analysis and other subject matter expertise; lead, participate in and report on data improvement activities as required.
Working with relevant managers and stakeholders, identify future needs for BST information, including those arising from commitments to external organisation.
Provide a data analysis and technical expertise service to customers and stakeholders of BST data information.
Maintain the team SharePoint site/s including folder structure, version control and access rights.
Maintain team mailboxes and distribution list/s, carrying out regular validation checks to determine accuracy.
Your experience will include:
Essential
Knowledge of managing data using relevant processes and systems
Knowledge of assurance methods and reporting shortfalls to shape remedial plans for stakeholders
Proven experience to multi-task
Experience of SharePoint administration
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent time management Strong organisation skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written) including excellent telephone manner
Desirable
Sound railway background and knowledge of railway geography
Recognised qualification in keyboard associated skills and office management techniques
Knowledge and experience of records management
