Our client, is a public distance learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit a Curriculum Co-ordinator to join them asap until June 2022, working full time and paying £14.51ph. This role will be working from home and IT equipment will be provided.
This role is working with the team to co-ordinate the activities of the curriculum team to ensure that the curriculums are delivered within reasonable timescales and to the expected level of quality.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Curriculum Managers in the curriculum team.
Co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day workflow of tasks within the Curriculum team. Ensuring work is progressing and highlighting areas of concern to Curriculum Managers and Senior Manager (Curriculum).
Support the Managers with planning to ensure that peaks of activity are successfully managed. Awareness of the team's current activities, planned activities, expected peaks, experience/training needs, combined with knowledge of current and future capacity. Including awareness of support the team is providing to other areas of the Centre and when.
Service the Team meetings, taking minutes and other related meetings as required.
Co-ordinate Centre data management of Curriculum records to ensure data is accurate and in line with current retention schedules/Government regulations. Essential:
Excellent information and communication technology skills including the ability to use Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams and experience of using databases, spreadsheets and templates.
Evidence of successful planning and organisational skills with the ability to work pro-actively, co-operatively and responsively in a variety of team settings.
Experience of managing small projects including co-ordinating and scheduling tasks and ensuring delivery to quality standards, schedule and budget.If this is the ideal role for you, then the full job for the role is available on request.
