Securitas is recruiting Screening Administrators to join the Recruitment Screening team based in Milton Keynes. This is a remote working opportunity with the view to return to the office 1 day a week from April 2022.
A day in the life of our Screening Administrators:
Screening
Screening the candidates for your recruitment business area.
Supporting the screening of the candidates for the wider recruitment team – if required.
Working with your recruiter, team and hiring managers to ensure candidates are screened in an efficient and timely manner.
Supporting candidates through the screening process, advising them on the outstanding documentation required from them and how to obtain it if they are unsure.
Carrying out RTW ID check video calls with candidates via microsoft teams.
Working alongside your team to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met (Recruiter, Recruitment Admin and Screeners)
Ensuring you attend all training and drop-in sessions until you are fully confident in the processes.Administration
Manning the screening inbox on your set day, filtering out the emails to the relevant person.
Data Entry for screening trackers.
Data gathering for monthly/weekly reports.
Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role
Essential Skills
What we need from you as our Screening Administrator:
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused
Experience of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/coordination post
