Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Scheduling Supervisor based in Centre Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £28,436 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours fixed, Monday – Friday, 9:15am – 5:15pm core flex

The role…

As the Scheduling Supervisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Manage the scheduling team consisting of 6 people.
Provide supervisory support to Scheduling team members, resolving scheduling queries and conflicts.
Using current reports or devising new reports to coordinate and drive the workload of the scheduling team in discussion with scheduling.
Review the company scheduling procedure manuals on a quarterly basis, evaluating the current produces used identifying and implementing improvements.
Act as the first point of referral for the team's queries.
Validate the compilation of the scheduling elements of the monthly KPI pack for presentation to the scheduling team and other departments.
Look at the review cycle and geographical location of reviewers in order to determine the most appropriate and optimal review scheduling, ensuring to meet deadlines and regulatory demands. 
The experience required…

As a successful Scheduling Supervisor, you will have the following:

Previous experience working in a forecasting and scheduling environment.
At least 2 years experience working within a supervisory or management position, managing at least a team of 6.
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office and Bespoke systems (PRO, Congos, PAWS, Pentana, Retain, Claromentis) skills.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Report writing skills.
Confident telephone manner.
