Our client is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, along with a confident and professional telephone manner to undertake the crucial role of a Scheduling Assistant within their very busy team. The purpose of the role is to schedule meetings on behalf of the Business Development Managers. The team are currently working a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home). The company offer a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package!
Your duties as a Scheduling Assistant will include but are not limited to:
Identifying suitable clients to contact from a list of existing and future data.
Arranging face to face and virtual meetings for the regional Business Development Managers.
Create Outlook meeting appointments in the regional Business Development Managers' diaries for the meetings arranged.
Enter the meeting arrangements into Client Relationship Management system and allocate it to the appropriate Business Development Manager.
Update the database to show all activity undertaken and relevant information against each organisation contacted.
Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
To be a successful Scheduling Assistant, you must have:
Ability to show good initiative and proactive thinking
Competent and current IT skills, particularly with using Microsoft systems and CRM
databases
Good organisational and administrative skills
Ability to show excellent attention to detail
Knowledge and prior use of LinkedIn is desirable
