We are recruiting on behalf of our client with a global presence for a service scheduler who would be responsible for the co-ordination of the engineering team and works. Co-ordination of resource to meet the needs of UK based customers. Your role will play a pivotal part in providing ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders.
As a scheduler, you will work within a team to plan and co-ordinate activities for field service engineers. The business is a market leader in weighing and labelling solutions for the retail and manufacturing sectors.

This role provides full product training and the time to understand the nature of their operation. There are also plenty of opportunities to progress within the business if this is important to you.
This is a permanent position, working hours primarily between 9:00am – 5:00pm. This role is office based and the salary for the role will pay up to £25,000 per annum.
Job specification
·Logging and processing calls in a timely manner.
·Planning and coordinating field service engineer activities.
·Responding to all customer interactions and managing customer data.
·Generating customer quotations.
·Proactively driving the growth of maintenance plans.
·Driving continuous improvements.
·Managing Stakeholders expectations.
·Proactive planning and organizing post sales activities.
·Organizing engineers to maximize productivity.
Personal specification
·Customer focus with excellent customer service experience.
·Effective communication skills both oral and written.
·Experience in planning and coordinating field service engineers.
·Be a confident problem solver.
·Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's.
·Ability to work well under pressure.
·Organized with a good attention to detail.
·Team Player.
