SAP Customer Service Specialist – Order Processing

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an SAP Customer Service specialist to work within an award-winning global company in Milton Keynes. The Customer Service Specialist will be working within an innovative and creative team of customer service specialists.

Essential requirements:-

Min of 2 years experience utilising SAP

Excellent sales administration skills

Receiving and processing orders

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Good use of MS packages including Word and Excel

Strong Work ethic and a desire to achieve great results

Excellent communicator with good relationship building skills

Key Responsibilities:-

Setting up new customer accounts ensuring complete and accurate master data

Maintenance of billing plans for customer contracts on SAP, ensuring financial values are correct and up to date.

Processing Sales orders onto SAP

Reviewing contact of customer orders, verifying quotation and order

Administering the ordering of third-party products for customer orders, raising purchase orders that are correct and in a timely manner.

Liaising with internal and external parties in order to ensure the customer receives their scheduled orders

Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers
