Sales Support Administrator – Milton Keynes – Up to £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
We're looking for a driven and passionate Sales Support Administrator to join our client, based in Milton Keynes. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is very organised and eager to learn.
You'll be joining the UK arm of a global business, supplying various products into well known brands. This role offers lots of variety and is ideal for someone who is keen to join a small team during a period of growth.
As Sales Support Administrator, your duties will include:
Completion of new product set up forms prior to product launch
Data Entry & Data collection, maintaining and processing accurate records
Assisting with website content (product images, and Product descriptions)
Supporting with Social Media accounts
Key Support with Brand package artwork approval process (working with internal Graphic designer & external customer teams)
Assisting in the development of multiple product ranges over different categories
Communicate on a regular basis with internal sourcing team, primarily in Asia, Australia and Europe
Competitor research by visiting stores and viewing their product range, read reviews and find top sellers in support of the business sales team
Supporting with the compilation of briefs for the internal global team or external suppliers; and manage future developments of the briefs
Have an active input in future product and market development
Attend trade shows where required (some travel may be required)
Assistance with tracking and chasing product samples
Researching new trends and opportunities
Key support with the current sales team to create customer presentations
Providing data and reports to help the sales team
Scheduling and co-ordinating diaries where required
Customer KPI Report management
Team monthly report co-ordination
Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:
Qualifications or experience in Marketing, Buying or Product Development is desirable
Strong experience with Microsoft packages – Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proven ability to adapt and improvise as required – self-starter attitude
Numerically and computer literate.
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
Committed, passionate and hard working
Hands on and leads by example
Self-motivated with a "do whatever it takes" attitude – willing to go above and beyond
Good attention to detail
Sets high standards in ownership and accountability
Tenacious and shows initiative
This is an office-based role (future flexibility is negotiable) and you must have a Full UK driving licence with your own transport. Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
