We have a great opportunity working as a Sales Support Administrator. This position is primarily focusing on contacting and developing relationships with existing customers and to identify sales opportunities.
As a Part Time Sales Support Administrator you will be a point of contact for customer queries, and trying to resolve any problems. You will have targets to achieve and look to generate revenue. Within this role you will also deliver a high level of customer service and ensure each customer goes away happy.
You will need to have experience in
Sales or Account Manager ideally within export
Working in a target driven environment
Great communication skills is essential and the ability to build and maintain relationships
You will be need to be competent in using Word, Excel and using company systems.
You must be able to speak French, German, Spanish or Italian. Role
Processing customers order
Deal with all inbound sales enquires
Build relationships with distribution parents
Update customers with the latest product incentives and promotions
Provide customers with quotations in timely manorBenefits
