Sales Support Administrator

My well established international client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to support the National Account Managers with the administration for their key clients. You will need to provide a first-class, efficient and professional customer support service to the National Account Managers and key customers.
Role responsibilities;
Provide full assistance and support to National Account Managers
Complete all customer new product forms appropriately and in line with Company standards.
Complete product set up forms and follow internal process
Run customer specific reports using in house reporting systems.
Follow up on seasonal orders to ensure orders are received in time to be delivered and fulfilled.
Handle general, product and delivery enquiries in a speedy manner to the Company's and customer's satisfaction.
Design Powerpoint presentations for review meetings
Liaise with the Warehouse regarding deliveries, delays, warning of large / urgent orders and POD's. (Proof of delivery)
Make bookings for the customer orders and communicate to the warehouse team
Inform customers of out of stocks and next available due dates once orders are placed
Liaise with Accounts regarding status and resolution of orders "on hold" or payment issues, work with customer to find solutions.
Manage the Database and ensure all customer records are updated on a regular basis and correct.
Investigate discrepancy requests from customers & provide relevant information to the Warehouse to ensure discrepancy is actioned in a satisfactory timeframe.
Check and monitor balances and forward orders for stock availability on a daily basis.
Attend off site customer meetings as and when requested
Follow up with Finance on customer pricing to support the Sales Account Manager.
Complete margin analysis reports based on target price provided by account manager and follow process through with finance.
Complete discount authorisation forms based on information provided by the Account Manager and follow process through with Finance.Skills Required
Good IT skills are a must, with an intermediate level of excel knowledge and Powerpoint.
Able to make informed decisions and keep projects moving
Time management essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse on the telephone and build and maintain strong working relationships.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
