About You:
*You are an articulate and conscientious worker who always strives to do their best
*Organisation is your middle name, and you can prioritise your time effectively
* You have a 'Can do' attitude coupled with the ability to cope with tight deadlines and work well under pressure whilst still smiling!
*Great communication is one of your strengths, either on the phone or face to face, and you possess a confident and polite manner at all times

*You have administrative office experience but know that you can achieve more given the right opportunity
About your new role:
*You will become an expert at handling Sales Support queries and reacting to time sensitive requests from our contractors
* Your job will be busy and has a good amount of variety – boredom won't be an option!
*As your confidence grows, you will be able to take on more responsibility as part of our supportive and friendly Sales Support Team
On a day to day, you will be:
*Raising and issuing contractor and client contracts through our CRM system
*Raising and issuing client terms and conditions of business
*Monitoring returned contracts and chasing unsigned client contracts as necessary
*Liaising with candidates and clients Assisting with Booking rail contractors Drugs & Alcohol and Medical screenings
General administration including typing scanning, photocopying, filing
*Managing Unverified ID lists / VISA expiry dates
*Database entry and database management
