Sales Support Administrator

£18,500 per annum pro rata

Location: Aylesbury

9am – 5.30pm Mon – Thursday

9am – 5.00pm Friday

Orion Electrotech Recruitment are an award-winning engineering recruitment agency based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Due to an increased demand for our recruitment services, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our small and friendly Support Team as a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis.

Sales Support Administrator – The Role:

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Sales Support Manager and be responsible for providing general administrative support across the business.

Your role will be varied, and it can be fast a paced and demanding environment. Your duties will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls

The raising and issuing of contractor and client contracts through our CRM system

Raising and issuing client terms and conditions of business

Monitoring returned contracts and chasing unsigned client contract as necessary

Database entry and database management

Issuing of purchase order numbers, updating purchase order spreadsheet

Assisting with Booking rail contractors Drugs & Alcohol and Medical screenings

General administration including typing, scanning, photocopying, filing

Managing Unverified ID lists / VISA expiry dates

Other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

Sales Support Administrator – You:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively

Excellent attention to detail

Professional and friendly telephone manner

Ability to use your own initiative

Computer literate with experience of Microsoft, Excel, Word

Tenacious “Can-Do” approach

Enjoy working as part of a team
