We have a new vacancy with one or our clients based in Milton Keynes to cover maternity leave, this opportunity will be for a minimum of 6 months.
Providing support to external and internal customers by processing orders, identifying order issues and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the fulfilment of the customer’s order and resolution of all queries and requests.
Main Duties
* Customer orders accurately processed within specified time limits to meet KPIs
* Proactive customer service – communication/resolving queries.
* Ensure orders are processed against correct pricing files.
* Responsible for new customer account set-up within the specified guidelines
* Responsible for the maintenance of customer master data.
To be considered you should have the following essential skills
* Customer focus
* Computer literate ideally used SAP.
* Attention to detail
* Communication skills
An office-based role working on a shift pattern of 8am until 4pm or 9.30pm until 5.30pm.
