Sales Desk Administrator

Salary up to £24K + great benefits package

Location: Milton Keynes, (Post Covid likely to be hybrid)

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands about building Customer relationships to join this leading automotive brand as a Sales Desk Administrator.

Working as part of the Sales Desk team your role will be to ensure product orders are placed and processed, dealing with issues, and ensuring efficient delivery through the client's logistics partners, striving to meet and, where possible, exceed sales targets, maintaining customer product satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities:
*Manage the Sales Desk and the ordering process, ensuring effective utilisation of the Sales system.
*Liaise with the Logistics/Transport Company to ensure effective delivery of vehicles to the Dealer Network.
*Liaise with the Dealer Network on aspects of vehicle distribution and backorders, notifying Dealers of specific vehicle and model availability.
*Respond to daily sales related enquiries from the Dealer Network.
*Communicate any product related issues, including incorrect orders/ vehicles received damaged on behalf of the Dealer Network.
*Consign units to the Dealer Network based on Despatch reports daily.
*Administer early consignments for the Dealer Network to assist them in reaching targets.
*Produce regular reports, including stock reconciliation, daily registration, stock consignment, SFS invoicing, Credit Reports and Registration checks.
*Produce a Hold report, to ensure stock held by Dealers is monitored and available for distribution after a prolonged period.
*Support the process of Company Vehicles and Used Vehicles

Successful candidate will need to be a confident team player with excellent communications skills and a can-do attitude. Previous Customer service experience or a knowledge of automotive products would be advantageous.
