I am supporting a market leading design and manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes with their search for a After-sales Coordinator to join their Installation and After-sales team.

This is a new position due to a successful year and continued growth within the team. The business are ambitious, creative and innovative and looking for like minded people to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Installation you will support the sales team, install team and external customers in compiling quotes for spare parts to be included in tenders as well as offering aftercare on projects and managing any continued works.

The Role

Respond to inbound emails and calls offering an excellent service to all customers
React to requests for pricing and offer support on technical, warranty claims and accident notifications
Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth sales process and aftercare for customers
Arrange installers to carry out work of replacement or faulty work
Manage the relationship with overseas factory and logistics partner to ensure shipping dates are scheduled within time-frames whilst always updating customers on lead times
Continuously offer excellent customer service to customers and update them on projects at all times
Process orders and warranty claims internally and communicate to customers throughout the whole processAbout You

Internal sales or sales admin experience is an advantage
Experience providing quotes and calculating costs
Excellent customer service skills
Quick learner with a positive mind set
Ability to use your own initiative and resolve problems
