We are supporting a market leading business based in Milton Keynes with their search for a Sales Coordinator.
You will be working within in delivery team and will support the sales team in providing quotes for spare parts and tenders.
Main role duties:-
Respond to inbound emails and calls. Reacting to requests for pricing and queries re warranty claims and accident notifications
Arrange installers to carry out work of replacement or faulty work
Ensure shipping dates are scheduled within time-frames
Process orders and warranty claims internally and communicate to customers throughout the whole processAbout You:-
Internal sales or sales admin experience is an advantage
Experience in dealing with a high volume of enquires
Ability to use your own initiative and resolve problemsBenefits scheme:-
