My client is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator
Role
To provide administration function including sales data analysis / forecasting, stock control liaison, order chasing
Liaise with the buying assistants of key accounts dealing with any situation that arises as a result
To ensure the accurate and timely completion of the quotes and spec forms for accounts in the time limit specified by the customer
To provide support to the account team in planning, booking and monitoring account specific promotional activity, and recording all aspects in Sales Force
Support Buying Assistants and the Senior Buyers have any information / assistance that they require in the pursuit of their daily duties
Provide a supportive role and a communication link between Stock Control and the Sales Team for all account
Chase stock control for orders as required in line with forecasts
Forecasting, compiling of seasons forecast sheet
Support the account team and customer buying team with the planning and implantation of customer specific promotional activity (and materials), and recording and monitoring invoicing of such promotions in Sales ForceSkills
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Sales Force (or similar CRM tool)
Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
Full clean driving license
