Sales Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes / home-based.
Salary: Up to £22,000 pro rata + brilliant benefits.
Contract: 6 Months fixed-term, potential for permanent
We are looking for a skilled and experienced administrator to join our Polestar team in Milton Keynes.
This role is a fixed-term contract position, initially for 6 months, (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) although it is likely that there will be full-time permanent opportunities in the future, either within this team or other parts of the ROI business in Milton Keynes.
The Role:
This position is a sales order co-ordination role, working through Fleet and Business orders of Polestar vehicles. It is of paramount importance that orders are correctly captured, clarified where necessary and accurately entered into the ordering process. This role requires excellent attention to detail. You will also have regular client contact, so it’s vital that you are comfortable working over the ‘phone in addition to working with data.
Although the position is based in Milton Keynes, we are currently working across a ‘hybrid’ working pattern; this will enable you to work from home alongside working from our office.
