Sales and Operations Administrator

£25,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE
Our client is a looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Administrator to support their global business that designs, manufactures, distributes, and markets their own unique products worldwide. You will be responsible for handling daily communication with customers and sales representatives. You will also take control of processing all orders, queries and deliveries of all UK Sales orders, maintaining the Amazon Vendor Central platform whilst working closely. You will be an integral member of the UK Team and work closely with the European teams. Trust is important, as quite often you'll be working autonomously. You'll be expected to work from their offices in Milton Keynes 2-3 days per week, the rest of your time will be spent working from home.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing all major customer portals, undertaking training where necessary.
Creating and updating existing product lines and submission forms for all UK customers.
Responsible for the processing of all Amazon orders, shipments and administration of the Amazon account.
Working with the Global brand management team to keep Amazon Brand pages and A+ content.
Providing exceptional customer service through proactively following up on all enquires and consumer/customer complaints.
Working with the sales teams to provide up to date stock reports and provide any information required.
Processing orders and overseeing shipments through effective data entry into various supplier / freight partner platforms.
Opening any new accounts for new customers
Requesting and supplying any test and safety reports as required.
Supporting Directors/ Sales Managers in any admin requirements.
Keeping customer requirements on the internal system up to date.
The right candidate will need to have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate exceptional ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise work to strict deadlines.

Exceptional ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast paced environment.
