Our client, a busy and growing managed service provider based in MK11 is seeking a confident Sales Administrator / Accounts Assistant, who is organised and efficient to cover a one year fixed term contract (maternity cover).
You will be working in a small but very friendly team who all have a very hands on approach to the business. You'll be comfortable in am administration or finance capacity and be a clear communicator, often liaising with clients via phone.
The role is based on 40hrs per week
Mon – Fri 8:30-5:30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday!
Milton Keynes – MK11.

Responsibilities
• Entering Purchase Ledger invoices
• Assisting with the preparation of month end accounts
• Entering Meter Billing invoices to Xero
• Receiving in payments
• Bad debt management
• General accountancy administrative tasks
• Monthly meter reading, emails, collation and chasing
• Customer account queries
• Raising credit notes
• Supporting Field sales team with order processing
• Liaising with customers
• Raising invoices to finance companies for new deals.
