Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to accurately process all customer orders. You will be dealing with high profile clients to advise them of shipments and acknowledging all enquiries within ½ hour of in box arrival. Our client needs a candidate who has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail and can work in in a logical way whilst under pressure.
You are likely to have at least 1-4 years previous customer service/order processing experience in a fast pace environment and have proven experience of liaising with stakeholders.
Accurately load & confirm customer orders in line with the published processes and Trade Compliance rules
Provide excellent customer service to Internal and External customers incl. through the Web chat service
Lead generation and research as required and in line with regional strategy
Provide proactive feedback to all linked personnel
Action ALL enquiries relating to orders including, bespoke and stock lines
Proactive order progressing & tracking
Proactive quote generation, processing, follow up and conversion
Proactive calling of customers for channel relationship building to enhance revenue growth
Promotional communication activity as required
Compilation and maintenance of the marketing log
Sample processing and follow up
Working together in a Team, provide cross functional support and Team cover when required.The person:
