Quality Personnel are recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to work with our client based on the outskirts of Buckingham. You’ll be supporting a small but growing sales team in all areas of administration.
Duties to include:
* Setting up customers on system (to ensure enquiries, quotes and samples can be effectively tracked and monitored).
* Sending product literature and information to customers
* Raising quotations from information given by the sales team
* Scheduling follow up contacts for the sales team to chase quotes and samples
* Updating and checking customer from systems
* Producing sales analysis data
* Assisting with producing export documentation
* Contacting customers as required by email and telephone
* Booking and arranging meetings as requested by the sales team
To be considered:
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel)
* Strong admin / order processing skills
* Good communication
An interest or degree in Science is desirable.
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am until 5 pm and Friday 9am until 3pm with a 30-minute lunch break each day.
Free Parking, 21 days + Bank Holidays. Due to rural location own transport is essential.
