PERMANENT SALES ADMIN – MILTON KEYNES – 25K

Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced sales administrator/order processor to work full time on a permanent basis with our MK based client. No two days are the same so if variety is something that you enjoy read on.

So do you want:-

* Free onsite parking

* To work a 35 hour week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Working on SAP you will be inputting important information in regards to orders so accuracy in paramount

* Liaising with departments to ascertain timelines from the start of the order through to delivery to the customer

* Processing card payments as and when required

* View and update stocklists whilst creating a report to management

* Process of any warranty claims, checking the validity and information

* Ordering any required parts, reviewing the invoices and deal with appropriately

What we need from you:-

* SAP would clearly be a benefit but not essential but must be confident using Word & Excel

* To be able to demonstrate previous, consistent working history where you can show the skills of:-

* Accurate data processing

* Time management

* Attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience in a similar position is essential
