Are you experienced in working in a sales environment providing administrative support? Do you enjoy speaking with customers and providing top quality service on the phone? You will be supporting a sales team that work for a top tier security installer, your role will be heavily administration focused as well as supporting a great team with quotations, order processing and design proposals. Responsibilities:
Providing admin support to the sales team
Compiling sales design proposals
Answering sales-based telephone calls
Sales order processing
Quoting service and support packages
Checking and responding to emails and supporting the sales team
Experience required:
You will be comfortable using all Microsoft programmes
A clear understanding of sales
Excellent customer service skills
Previous office experience
Good spoken and written English
Good communication skills
Package:
c£25,000 DOE
20 days' holiday plus bank holidays increasing with service
