Our client, based just outside Stony Stratford, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. We are keen to speak with people with previous sales administration experience that are immediately available.

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with incoming sales enquiries and assisting the sales department with daily sales administration activities, to ensure customer demands are met and the best customer service is given at all times.

Position: Sales Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum DOE

The job will involve…

–          Dealing with customer queries and incoming sales calls

–          Following up on enquiries via telephone, by sending out requested information and booking demonstrations

–          Keeping the database and loan system up-to-date

–          Keeping the office diary organised

–          Sending sales quotations when required by the sales team

–          Dealing with daily post

–          Providing any additional support required by the sales team (sending relevant forms/brochures and check the despatch line)

–          Processing loan returns

–          Arranging servicing for customers

The Person will…

–          Have experience of working in an administrative role (essential)  

–          Be confident handling inbound and outbound calls

–          Have strong IT skills to include a working knowledge of Excel and Outlook (essential)

–          Have an excellent standard of customer service

–          Have a proactive and productive approach to their work

–          Possess a ‘can do’ attitude 

–          Have the ability to manage their own work load.
