Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to work with their key customer accounts within their unique yet well-established business. Although they have a national and international presence, this role will be home based – all necessary equipment and training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Dealing with key customer accounts and distributors
Processing orders on in-house systems
Dealing with customer enquiries in the most effective manner
Creating invoices
Any other ad-hoc duties
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are looking for somebody who:
Is self-motivated and disciplined, as the role will be home based
Is eager to learn and not afraid to ask for help when required
Is a keen problem solver who strives to resolve issues with minimum disruption
Applies a great amount of attention to detail to their work
Communicates openly and honestly and responds positively to direction being given
