Due to growth within the business, our Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a Retail Administrator to join their team.
Position: Retail Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Salary: DOE
The job will involve…
– Sales Order Processing including order acknowledgements
– Handle all administration processing of all system data as well as Excel databases
– Updating SAP systems
– Creating Stock Reports and analysing stock statuses on a regular basis
– Creating & updating Packing Specifications for all products
– Assisting Retail Sales Team with current & new projects
– Driving Supply Chain Efficiencies and supporting Logistics Team
– To liaise with the external merchandising and internal stock control teams
– Creating departmental monthly reports using Excel
– Handling customer queries
– Arranging deliveries with customers
– Raising customer invoices
– Handling key accounts
– Arranging meetings internally
– Doing retailer store visits
– Attending customer meetings
– Attending retailer/company exhibition shows
The Person will…
– Must have full & clean driving licence
– SAP experience preferred
– Good Customer skills
– Good Analytical skills
– Key communication skills
– Must have intermediate to advanced excel experience
