Experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler needed in Milton Keynes to work for a reputable social housing contractor on their Reactive Maintenance stream. Your day to day duties will be booking in appointments, allocating repairs to the right trades team, looking after engineer's diaries and assisting residents with their queries and complaints.
As a planner / scheduler we need someone who has worked in a social housing sector before and is able to stay calm under pressure as it is a quite fast-paced environment. You will need to be experienced dealing with members of public on a daily basis – whether it is raising a job, rescheduling appointments or managing Site Supervisors or operatives diary.
You will be working alongside a friendly team of professionals, please note that this is an immediate start, so we need candidates that are available on a short notice. It will be a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
