Salary: £21848 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours, hybrid role – 2 days in the office 3 working from home. Core hours 9:15 – 5:15pm Monday to Friday.

As the Regulatory Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Assisting in managing applications and enquiries from members and firms across the full range of the company's regulatory areas.
Record changes and amendments to regulated firms for billing and licensing/registration purposes. 
Provide customer support via both the telephone helping and email and taking responsibility for managing incoming enquiries through to their satisfactory conclusion.
Manage and coordinate activity when members want to apply to audit/insolvencies regarding their licenses.

As a successful Regulatory Advisor, you will have the following:

Experience working within a regulatory environment.
Excellent telephone manner.
Experience handling difficult situations including complaints.
Able to learn new sets of rules and regulations.
