£25,000 – £28,000 DOE + OTE
Monday – Friday (No weekends)
8am-5pm

Gi Group currently have an excellent opportunity for a new recruitment consultant to join our business branch in central Milton Keynes to take over an existing warm desk.

The Milton Keynes Branch
Joining our Leicester Branch, you will be joining a team of 2 experienced recruiters. The branch is experiencing an exciting period of growth so this is a great time to join us and be part of that success.
We are city centre based within a modern office.

The Role:
360 Recruitment Consultant working within the Commerical and Industrial Sector;

*You will be building on the current client base, creating and developing relationships with logistics companies through telephone and face to face sales activity
*You will use your customer service and negotiation skills to advise and support businesses with their recruitment needs
*You will recruit and build long term relationships with our driving workforce and provide them with excellent customer service
*You will have the opportunity to manage your own desk

The Candidate:

We are open to conversations with experienced or trainee level candidates. Full training and ongoing support through all aspects of the role is provided but the following attributes are key to the role:
*Strong people skills
*Good organisation and administration skills
*Self motivated
*A sales or customer service based background is beneficial
*Full UK driving licence
