Working with an extremely prestigious customer this is a really exciting opportunity for someone that has worked either in recruitment or background screening, you will be placing adverts and reviewing and assessing the success of those adverts. Booking interviews for candidates with managers and obtaining feedback, making offers of employment and then helping our successful candidates through our background screening process.
How you will make an impact as a Recruitment and Screening Administrator:
This is a critical role that will provide administration support related to recruitment and screening.
Advertising roles on line
Carrying out pre selection of candidates
Arranging interviews
Liaising with applicants and collating various documentation.
Review completed online application forms against candidate CVs.
Liasing with managers on interviews and candidates
Carrying out due diligence on interviewers' notes, requesting any additional checks.
Following up with candidates and third-party vendors requesting any missing information required for screening..
Escalating any anomalies during the applicant screening process an action any
You will conduct calls with candidates to verify documents for criminal record checks
Ensure accuracy of all screening data and is uploaded correctly on internal systemsEssential Skills
What you will bring to the role of a Security Screening Administrator:
The successful applicant will have significant administration experience, either in recruitment, background screening or complinace.
Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and adopt a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills required building a rapport with culturally diverse individuals.
Highly articulate, good verbal and written English is essential.
Critical thinking and sound judgment will be required.
Highly computer literate able to use Microsoft Office to an intermediate standard.
Will hold the right to work in the UK and will be able to evidence five years checkable history as a minimum.
The role will be home-based for the short term; however, applicants must be able to work from our Head Office in Milton Keynes after COVID-19 restrictions lift. About Company
