Culina Group a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator (FTC – 12 months with the potential to become permanent) at our Milton Keynes depot.

As a Recruitment Administrator within the Culina Group, you will provide essential day to day support to the Central Resourcing function.

Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

* Co-ordinate manage and maintain the Talent Management system.

* Daily management and upkeep of other recruitment tools and systems.

* Run weekly recruitment reports and adhoc reports as required.

* Manage the Recruitment Inbox and Text inbox.

* Dealing with general recruitment queries and enquiries.

* Organise Onboarding and Induction programmes for senior positions.

* Support the Recruitment Team with Marketing Campaigns

* Review and update the Culina Careers Website, improving candidate experience and streamlining processes.

* Travel to other UK sites when required to attend meetings.

Qualifications

Competence Requirements:

* Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment.

* A strong team player with In-house or Agency recruitment administration experience ,within a fast paced reactive environment.

* Ability to prioritise and multitask and pick up tasks and assist colleagues as require.

* Experience using Office 365 and Microsoft applications.

* Previous experience of using an Talent Management System.

* Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
