An exciting opportunity to work as part of a recruitment shared services team for a global company based in Milton Keynes. This role is initially a 3 month contract opportunity, which may result to being extended or even be offered permanently.
Part of a dynamic, friendly Recruitment team, offering administrative support, you will be responsible for the scheduling of interviews and organising psychometric testing when required. Raising candidate offers, checking Terms & Conditions, confirming start dates and times. Using Workday systems as well as Microsoft Outlook, the use of templates, checking that all information is accurate.
The ability to communicate effectively, offer the best candidate experience, with customer service in mind, you will need to be confident on the telephone with the ability to liaise with people of all levels.
