Recruitment Administrator
We've just promoted our current Administration Assistant so we're now searching for our newest Xtra miler!
Although we're a recruitment business, our support functions are a big part of our consultant’s success – due to recent company growth and future development plans we need to increase this function to continue delivering a top-quality function!
Recruitment responsibilities will include:
·Supporting the recruitment team e.g. credit checks, reference checking, insurance checks etc
·Processing starters, collating documents, booking medicals, DBS checking, generating contracts, etc.
·Resolving recruitment related queries.
·Contractor pay – collecting required details, managing the timesheet submission process and assisting with queries.
·Contractor Equipment – managing workwear requirements effectively and timely.
·Helping to manage the CRM system – being a go-to person
General operational support duties include:
·Assisting in the management of the PO process, managing costs & authorisation.
·Helping to manage stock requirements.
·Supporting business and company reporting needs
·Supporting the business on ad hoc projects
Required skills:
· Excellent IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·Can communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
·Strong customer service skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail
·Capable of prioritising workload
