Receptionist – Mental Health

37.5 hours per week (09:00am – 17:00pm)
Temporary:This is expected to be for 2 – 3 months with a potential extension
Location: High Wycombe
Pay Rates: £11.30 PAYE inclusive of holiday or £12.50 Umbrella per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* To create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for the outpatient reception.
* To advise and direct visitors/clients to appropriate waiting areas.
* To provide a confidential and efficient service when dealing with enquiries.
* Answer the telephone, taking messages and helping with enquiries.
* To ensure reception area, waiting rooms and consulting rooms are tidy for a safe environment. This includes ensuring items displayed are in date.
* To enter room bookings electronically.
* Use CareNotes to search for clients and input data as required.
* To issue temporary passes as required and ensure returned.
* To direct external contractors
* To use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Any other reasonable tasks as determined by the Office Manager
