Insight Employment are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator for a client of ours in Olney for an immediate start.
Must have own transport or live local due to the location.
This is a temp to perm position to a suitable candidate.
The Role: –
You will be working on the reception desk dealing with reception duties along with administration duties.
Duties: –
* Answering the telephones, transferring calls and taking messages
* Greeting visitors & making drinks
* Dealing with the post, both incoming and outgoing
* Ordering stationary & goods
* Checking invoices against purchase orders
* General reception & administration duties
Requirements: –
* Must have previous Receptionist/Administration experience
* Strong communication & administrative skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Attention to details
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficient PC skills
Hours
Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour for lunch (unpaid)
Rates
£9.50 per hour
