Hi there,
We have an immediate requirement for an administrator/reception for front reception support for a market leading manufacturing compnay at the head office location
37.5 hours – mon – fri -high Wycombe, based onsite, no remote working
830-5pm working hours, ongoing 3 month temporary contract
£10 – 12 per hour negotiable, reporting to the Facilities team manager
You will be the first person that a guest meets on arrival and the last person they see. As our Receptionist, you'll ensure visitors are correctly signed in and out and that checks are carried out safely and effectively.
Be the first point of contact for telephone calls
Take responsibility for managing the meeting room booking system, including ensuring rooms are fit for use and communicating with the canteen when refreshments are required
Ensure office based colleagues have the right tools to do their roles
Offer administrative support
Head receptionist; being first port-of-call for visitors and staff. (meet and greet)
Answer all incoming calls, redirect calls & take messages when required
Allocate Staff passes
Deal with all complaints and escalate if necessary
Maintain communal areas and meeting rooms , wc’s (coffee machine, product displays) so they are organised and pleasant for visitors.
Create and arrange business cards for staff members – office depot
Report Health & Safety hazards for reception and communal areas
Manage Fire Register for visitors in case of evacuation
Receptionist and aministrative support skills and telephone handling skills would suit well for this immedite vacancy
