What you’ll be doing
We are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist to join our team based in Beaconsfield on a job share basis, two days a week (Monday and Tuesday 8am to 6pm), however, we are open to other working patterns.
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors you will have an excellent telephone manner and present a professional, friendly and customer focused image of the company.
You will also be responsible for various administrative duties including sorting and franking mail, arranging couriers, managing meeting room bookings, general tidiness of the reception and courtyard area, as well as assisting the general teams when required.
Due to the nature of the job share role you will be required to provide holiday cover on a pre-agreed arrangement for the other receptionist.
