We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join our established global client based in Milton Keynes on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients & visitors in reception offering a warm welcome
Ensuring clients receive VIP treatment
High level of administration
Liaising with other departments
Liaising with private clients and providing a 5* guest experience
Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system
Taking and transferring calls on a switchboard Experience Required
Experience of working in a busy reception / administration based role in a customer facing environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
The ability to work independently using initiative
An approachable manner
A flexible and adaptable approach with a "can do" attitude
