Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £18,000 – £19,000 annual salary
Location: Shenley, Milton Keynes
Contract: 1 year maternity contract, Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm full time

A reputable business within Milton Keynes is looking for a Receptionist to cover a 1 year maternity leave. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a team player and highly organised.

SKILLS REQUIRED
 
– Experience within a similar role
– Highly organised
– Ability to prioritise tasks to accommodate business needs
– Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
– Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Excel
– Must be able to drive as you will be running errands to the post office which is not walking distance from the offices

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
– Meet and great customers
– Answering calls and directing them internally
– Keeping the reception area presentable for visitors
– Handling and organising incoming post
– Offer administrative support to other departments
– Scheduling internal meetings and booking the boardroom
– Updating spreadsheets
– Filing, photocopying and scanning documentation
– Being the first point of contact for external visitors
