Our client is incredibly passionate about ensuring that their staff deliver 5* client service to all their clients at all times. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is has leadership experience within a similar reception role.

The Role

To oversee and manage the reception team
To be a key driver in delivering exceptional client service
Managing the reception inbox
Managing meeting rooms facilities
Oversee operational duties
Health and Safety duties

Experience needed

Experience within a leadership client service role within a reception area
Passionate about managing a team
Outstanding communication skills
IOSH certificate desirable
Positive team leader
Managerial Experience
